Hello all! Sorry for the absence. We are in the process of buying a house and with working full time it has consumed all of my free time.
So today I ran to Walmart to see if I could find the $3.97 Scrubbing Bubble Kits. I also had clipped a couple of the good coupons from today's P&G insert. No surprise there weren't any SB kits but I was able to do this deal:
4x Covergirl Blush $3.74 each
3x Mahatma Rice $1.16 each
Total: 19.36
I used:
2x $8.00/2 Covergirl Face Products 10/2 PG
3X $.50 off Any Mahatma Rice.
Total: $.94!
AMAZING DEAL!
I have to replace all of my rice because bugs got into it so rolling the overage was perfect!
I still have 2 of the $8.00/2 Q's to use.

A couple CVS freebies
The big red box was very kind to me today :)
I scanned my card and got:
1 Free Pack of Carefree Panty Liners
1 Free Caramello Candy Bar
1 Free Box of CVS Fabric Band Aids
$.50 off a Bag Tag
I was able to snag all of this for just $.37 plus tax! ( I got some overage on the panty liners)
So not finding the G2 products wasn't such a bust and I will finally be getting credit for using my reusable bags!

Super Saving at Albertson's
I've done a couple of "Get $5 OYNP When You Buy 10 GM Products" deals this week. All were for less then $5 a transaction plus another $5 Catalina making all the transactions basically free! An amazing deal for things like cereal, cereal bars and Hamburger Helper.
I had 2 "doublers" left so I decided to run out and try a deal I found on
Coupon Connections before they expire tomorrow.
Transaction 1:
10 Hamburger Helpers
I used:
2x $.75 off 3 Hamburger Helper 8-14 SS
1x $.80 off 4 Hamburger Helper IP
1x Albertson's Doubler -$.80
1x $5.00 Catalina form previous purchase.
Total OOP $1.90!
Then I received back another $5.00 Catalina and a bonus $2.00 Catalina which seems to be printing when you purchase 10 HH in a single transaction!!
Transaction 2:
4x Dreyer's Ice Cream
I used:
2x $1.00/2 Dreyers Ice Cream
1x Albertson's Doubler - $1.00
-$7.00 Catalinas from previous purchase.
Total OOP $2.00 and I got back another $4.00 Catalina!!
So my grand total today was $3.90 with a $4.00 Catalina for my next purchase.
My net total was -$.10! Albertson's basically paid to me to take it all home!
It doesn't get any better then that!

Ajax a steal at CVS!
I caught the CVS 7-10 ad preview ( BIG Thank You to the girls in the CVS forum at WUC!) in the middle of last week and saw Ajax 16oz dish soap would be on sale for $.88 limit 5!
That in itself is a great deal. After searching the coupon data base I saw that there was a $1.00/ any 2 Ajax, Dynamo, ETC coupon out there, which would make each bottle just $.38! Which in CA is unheard of. I was able to swap for the Ajax coupons as they were regional and we unfortunately did not get them here.
So this morning I run out to CVS bright and early to make sure I am able to grab what I need before it's all gone. I walk up tot the shelf and notice that the Ajax bottles are marked $.77 and no limit in the ad!!! Making them just $.27 a bottle!!!
I was able to buy all 20 bottles so I could use all of my coupons
(I did not clear the shelf. Not even by a long shot)
My transaction:
20 bottles of Ajax Soap $.77 = $15.40
1 case of water $2.40 + CRV= $3.60
2 bottles of carbonated ArrowHead Water +CRV =$2.08
1 bottle of Vitaminwater + CRV (filler)= $1.05
Total= 20.83
I used:
10 x $1.00/2 Any Ajax Q
$4 off $20 purchase CVS Q
BOGOF Arrowhead water Q
Total $5.83 W/ CRV!
$4.49 without!

$2.00 Restuarant.com $25 Gift Certificates!
What a great deal!
Right now Restaurant.com is offering 80% off using promo code: SUN.
That makes the $25 gift certificate $2-$3 depending on the regular price ($10-$15)!
Most places in my area have a minimum spending requirement of $35 but with my family of 3 we hit that easily. And spending $12 on $35+ meal isn't bad in my book!

Ajax Automatic Dishwasher Detergent Dish Packs Event
I saw this going on at Walmart today.
While I wasn't able to get one of the free samples ( Walmart was a complete mad house today) I was able to grab a couple of the $.75/1 coupons they had.
